About you and the role:

The Marketing Design Specialist is responsible for focusing on visually translating BPM’s mission to elevate EMS education, staffing, and response services into compelling and cohesive designs. Their work would reflect all of BPM’s core values, philosophy, and the company's dedication to empowering EMS professionals. This individual will be responsible for elevating BPM’s visual brand identity and fostering relationships within EMS across the nation, and the world.

Work Schedule:

Varies but expected Monday through Friday - 15 hours per week

Occasionally after hours and weekends

Minimal travel may be required

What You will Do Every Day:

1. Elevate BPM’s Visual Brand Identity

  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve BPM’s visual identity to resonate with EMS professionals, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions.
  • Custom Assets: Develop visually striking templates and graphics tailored to BPM’s unique services, including AHA course promotions, travel paramedic recruitment, and educational events.

2. Design EMS-Specific Marketing Collateral

  • Course Materials: Create visually engaging flyers, brochures, and digital banners for CPR, ACLS, and PALS classes.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Design high-impact visuals to attract travel paramedics and partner EMS agencies.
  • Event Branding: Develop materials for conferences, workshops, and webinars, showcasing BPM as a leader in EMS education and staffing.

3. Create Social Media Content Tailored to EMS Audiences

  • Informative Posts: Design graphics for EMS tips, protocol updates, and inspirational stories.
  • Community Engagement: Create celebratory visuals for EMS Week, Paramedic Spotlights, or milestone achievements.
  • Video Content: Develop short, impactful videos showcasing BPM’s training sessions, team culture, and success stories.

4. Collaborate with BPM Teams

  • Education Team: Design learner-centric visuals for training presentations, online courses, and study aids, emphasizing BPM’s commitment to education.
  • Business Development (BD) Team: Support sales initiatives by designing persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials that reflect BPM’s “Same Side Selling” principles.
  • Operations Team: Ensure branding consistency across internal communications and recruitment drives.

5. Enhance BPM’s Online Presence

  • Website Visuals: Collaborate with developers to design intuitive, user-friendly landing pages for EMS course registration and travel staffing inquiries.
  • Email Marketing: Craft visually appealing templates for course reminders, newsletters, and partnership announcements.
  • Digital Ads: Design targeted ads for social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to drive course enrollment and staffing interest.

6. Support Thought Leadership Initiatives

  • Educational Graphics: Develop infographics or whitepapers summarizing BPM’s expertise in EMS trends or innovative practices.
  • Case Studies: Create visually appealing layouts for success stories that highlight BPM’s impact.

7. Innovate with Visual Storytelling

  • Campaigns: Bring BPM’s mission to life through storytelling-focused designs, such as video testimonials or journey maps of EMS professionals partnering with BPM.
  • Interactive Content: Develop interactive content like quizzes, virtual event materials, or e-learning graphics.

8. Measure and Optimize for Impact

  • Analytics Focus: Use feedback from BPM’s clients and staff, as well as performance metrics, to refine design strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on EMS industry trends and design innovations to keep BPM’s branding fresh and relevant.
